Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is aligned with the AirBnB platform. Please register your cancellation thru the AirBnB platform. We have a firm cancellation & refund policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If reservation is received less than 30 days before check-in, we provide a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
We offer a 50% refund for cancellations 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations received 6 – the day of the reservations do not receive any refund.
